Product Build
A complete product, built at a price you can plan around.
$40,000 to $100,000 fixed. 6 to 12 weeks. Starts with a $6,000 to $9,000 discovery.
A full product with several workflows, integrations with the systems you already run, and the operational work that makes it dependable. Scoped in a paid discovery, priced before a line of code is written, and delivered with a working release every week.

- You have validated the idea, with an MVP or in the market, and now need the real product.
- You are replacing an internal tool, a spreadsheet process or a legacy system that is holding the business back.
- You need integrations: payments, accounting, CRM, ERP, your own data.
- You want a web product, a mobile product, or both, from one team that owns the outcome.
What a Product Build includes
- Multiple workflows. Everything the product needs to do for its first paying users, agreed in discovery.
- Design. A coherent interface across web and mobile, built on a component system your team can extend.
- Integrations. Connections to the systems you already run, with proper error handling.
- Accounts, roles and permissions. Built for teams, not just individual users.
- Production operations. Deployment pipeline, environments, monitoring, alerting, backups and a tested restore.
- Automated tests on every path that matters to the business.
- Mobile release where the product needs it: iOS and Android builds and store submissions.
- Handover. Documented architecture, a walkthrough for your team, and 30 days of support.
It starts with discovery
$6,000 to $9,000 fixed. 1 to 2 weeks.
We define the product with you: users, workflows, screens, data, integrations and the technical approach. You get:
- A written specification detailed enough to build from, by us or by anyone.
- Wireframes of the main screens.
- An architecture outline and a list of the integrations with how each will work.
- A fixed price, a timeline and a milestone plan.
The specification is yours to keep. If you go ahead with us, the discovery fee comes off the build price.
What happens each week
A working release in staging. Early weeks are foundations; from week two or three you are using real features.
A written update: done, next, decisions needed.
A 30-minute call with the engagement lead.
Payments are tied to milestones agreed in discovery, not to hours. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we price it first. The decision is always yours.
What you own at the end
- All code, in your repository.
- All infrastructure and accounts, in your name.
- Full intellectual property rights.
- 30 days of support for questions after launch.
We build on standard, widely used technology. Nothing depends on us to keep running.
Questions
How can you fix the price when requirements always change?
Because discovery does the work that usually gets skipped. The scope is written down and agreed. When something changes, we price the change and you choose. The budget moves only when you decide it should.
What if you underestimate?
That is our cost, not yours. The price is fixed.
Who is on the team?
A small senior team, sized to the product. The people in the discovery are the people on the build.
Can our own developers work alongside you?
Yes. Some clients pair an in-house developer with the team so the knowledge transfers during the build rather than at the end.
What happens after launch?
You can run it yourself, continue with us on a further fixed-price phase, or move to monthly ongoing support. No lock-in.
Tell us what you are building.
Thirty minutes to understand the product, and you will know whether discovery is the right next step.
