Every engagement is a fixed price against an agreed scope. These are the ranges to plan with. The exact figure is agreed in the paid first step, before any build work begins, and it only moves if you change what you asked for.

All prices in US dollars. The first-step fee comes off the engagement price if you go ahead.
What every price includes

Changes are priced before they are built
If you want something outside the agreed scope, we tell you what it costs and how it affects the timeline. You decide.
Milestones, not hours
- First-step fee: paid on booking.
- Engagements: a deposit on signing, then milestone payments agreed in the first step, with the final payment on launch.
After launch
Many clients continue with us after a build. That works as either a further fixed-price phase or monthly ongoing support. We quote it at handover.
Questions
Why is the first step paid?
Because it is real work with a real deliverable, and because it gives you a fixed quote you can hold us to. A free estimate is a guess that both sides end up regretting.
Are these prices negotiable?
The scope is. If a quote is more than you planned, we will show you what to take out to reach your number, with the consequences. The price for a given scope is the price.
Why are you less expensive than a UK or US studio?
Our engineers are in Sofia and our costs are lower. The team, the process and the ownership terms are the same.
Do you offer hourly or daily rates for small jobs?
No. Small jobs become a short fixed-price scope or part of ongoing support.
